Return Policy

While we try to have competitive pricing for the market we hope you understand that our mission is to help animals and a portion of our proceeds goes to do just that. So shop in the confidence that we are on a mission and you are helping with that mission.

All items are made to order and every product is custom produced one by one just for you. Once an order has been placed it will enter the fulfillment and production process immediately and cannot be cancelled. Items are non-refundable or non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated below. Because of the nature of how are products are produced and fulfilled, we strictly do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or fit issues. Sizing charts are provided please choose carefully and refer to the description and sizing charts for each product. Buyer assumes all risks for properly choosing your correct size and style. When in doubt, order the next size up if you prefer a looser or relaxed fit. Colors displayed on the website may vary slightly due to variations in your computer monitor brightness and color, and or production facility or method of fulfillment.

Griffin Greatness is a giving model store to support pets. We always encourage paying it forward to donate any unwanted items to a local charity. Exchanges are allowed ONLY IF:

  1. The item is defective, broken or damaged.
  2. The wrong item was delivered

Damaged Goods

In the event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you. An email must be sent to [email protected] with a picture of the damaged or defective item along with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Please allow up to 10 days to verify and process the exchange. You will be notified when the replacement item is shipped to you.

All subjective reasons are not valid for replacement pertaining but not limited to: material, color, sizing, fit, smell, feel, appearance.

Washed, used, or worn items cannot be replaced for any reason. We only replace damaged or defective items if they are in that condition upon delivery.

Lost Orders

For packages lost in transit, please first review our Shipping Policy to see if you are eligible to submit a claim. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for lost packages. We will replace the items if the order is eligible as outlined in this section and Shipping Policy. If the package has been marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please do the following:

  1. Check the address on your order or the tracking page for the respective carrier.
  2. Check unusual locations such as back doors, garages, bushes, porches, etc..
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number and file a claim.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for lost packages in the event you provided the incorrect address.

If you are eligible to submit a claim, you must do so no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. After the claim has been processed, we will send out a replacement.
