Shipping Policy

Currently, we only offer shipping to the United States. We have the right to update or revise our shipping policies at any given time.

Our fulfillment time average is 2–10 business days. When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

The fulfillment time does not include shipping time. The fulfillment time is the time it takes to manufacture and prepare the product for shipping.

The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the estimated delivery time for reasons, like:

  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

If it has been 5 days or more past your estimated delivery date and you have not received your package. You can submit a lost package claim by sending an email to [email protected] Please include your order number and any relevant information. We will attempt to contact the carrier to resolve the issue. After all efforts have been exhausted, and your package cannot be recovered. We will promptly offer a replacement. 

A shipping label will be created, but that does not indicate the package has shipped. Please check your tracking number to see the progress of the package. Sometimes, the carrier can forget to scan the label but the package should be on the way to you.

Not all items are guaranteed to arrive in the same package or same day. Items may be produced and or shipped from multiple locations.

Buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address and details. Any orders with inaccurate shipping information, or if you are unable to receive the shipment for any reason can not be returned, refunded or exchanged. it is the responsibility of the buyer to be available to receive shipments.
